Dry cleaning
ExpertCheese adds value to the side flow (side flow products) delivered by our customers. Our employees sort these side flow products, based on product features such as fat content and product type. Following this process, the optimised products are vacuum-packaged and are ready for processing for grading, melting or cheese powder purposes.
Wet cleaning
If your variety of cheeses should be stripped of the coating, then ExpertCheese is your obvious partner. Take for instance side flow products that remain after slicing cheese, or cheeses that have been damaged during the process or transportation. The cheese coating is removed by means of wet cleaning. After this treatment, the cheese will be repackaged and labelled with all relevant data and codes.
